Shine

Description
Another metallic effect, but with a unique look! You end up with a shiny metal sheen that appears to have been hammered into this sheet of text. This appearance is enhanced by the lighting which strikes the text heavily at the top and diffuses to show more detail near the bottom. I hope this one leaves you shining!

Instructions
Loading the extra Photoshop contours is required, however instructions are given within the action. Other than that, you should be home free.
